About Ethereal Green Farms
Ethereal Green Farms was founded in 2023 by Wyatt Miller. Inspired by family and other microgreen farmers he wanted to spread his love of microgreens to the public. Initially the farm started as a small vertical farming operation with a handful of varieties of microgreens. Ethereal Green Farms continues to expand its variety of microgreens to meet customer demands.
What are Microgreens?
Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are harvested when the first true leaf develops. They come in vibrant colors, textures, and flavors. They are grown in trays or containers with a thin layer of soil or hydroponic medium. They are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
